Amend the Customs Convention on the International Transport of Goods under Cover of TIR Carnets (TIR Convention 1975) concerning the adoption of technical conditions in the Ramila rules for the application of the Convention sliding sheets. According to the UN Depositary notifications C.N.742.2016.TREATIES - XI.A.16 come January 1, 2017 for all Contracting Parties to the validity of these amendments to the TIR Convention. Change affects Annex 2, 6, 7 and adding a new Article 5 and 6 together with sketches for semi-rigs as well as for containers with sliding sheets.
