Gratitude, or how to pray for rain

This is one of the most effective yet simple methods to drastically improve your state and feel much more joyful, content, and serene. It is also how ancient shamans would pray for rain. Gratitude meditation Start by sitting or preferably getting down on your knees. Put your head down, Put your palms together. You can rest your elbows on a bed or chair. And in your mind, or out loud, say: Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, For every representation of love and nurture I have ever received. For all of my mother's hugs. For my father's lessons. For all of my brothers' jokes. For each of my lovers' kisses. For the opportunity to be a human being and for this experience of being alive. For the ability to see, to hear, and to feel. And finally, that I still have some time, and I am free to change my circumstances.You can always find hundrets of unique things you can be grateful for today. But for this meditation 3 is plenty enough. :) Repeat this until you feel it in your core, up to your fingertips. Stop only after you really feel it. And then go and do something you love and enjoy. Swim in the lake, take a bike ride. Eat an amazing dinner and touch your partner's sweet butt But make sure to stay in the moment. This is also how ancient shamans prayed for rain. They would see the rain as already done. They would feel it on their skin and in their hair. The joy of it, the presence of it, but mainly the gratitude for it. And then they would just let it go and let it happen. What is the wisdom behind it? When the loving mother sees her child happy and thankful for what she provides, she generously gives more of it. But you must stay in the moment with our consciousness. Because she doesn't care about greed, anxieties, and impulses of the ego. She sees it for what it is - just an illusion. A temper tantrum of her child. This is also one of the most fundamental and easily accessible forms of meditation. It puts you in a very natural and primal state of your being. Very close to the fundamental state of the source. This is also the state in which we are most powerful, effective, and flow through life without barriers. This meditation also makes you happier and can really bring joy, prosperity, and positivity to life in thousands of unexpected ways.
